Boarders from our Eastgate Boarding House enjoyed an evening watching the Harlem Globetrotters on their World Tour last weekend. The Harlem Globetrotters are an exhibition basketball team and Boarding Housemaster Mr Antonio Ganfornina, accompanied by fellow teachers Mr McGowan and Mr Grocott, took the Eastgate boarders to see the show. The Globetrotters combine athleticism, theatre, and comedy in their style of play. Over the years, they have played more than 26,000 exhibition games in 123 countries and territories. The show was part of the Enrichment Programme in place for LMS boarders and the event was very well received by both staff and boarders!

"It was fantastic to see those difficult basketball skills in action. It was really, really brilliant!"
Eastgate Boarding House is the senior boys’ house at Lincoln Minster School, a community of 24 boys. A grand Victorian house surrounded by leafy gardens and lawns, just three doors down from the main Senior School site. The Enrichment Programme is an itinerary of activities selected by boarders and staff alike which will enhance the cultural awareness of our boarders through enriching experiences.
