Lincoln Minster School Sports Ambassador, and former LMS pupil, Jordan Olowofela started his first Premiership game verses Worcester a Warriors at Full Back for Leicester Tigers. Jordan managed to get 80 minutes under his belt, gaining a huge amount of experience. Jordan also received some very good news on Sunday evening as he has been called up to the full England Senior Training Camp. As Jordan said, he is ‘Buzzing’ about this.
Having the opportunity to train with the country’s best English players is an unbelievable chance for Jordan and opportunity to build on the fantastic World Cup he had with the England U20’s. Jordan will be visiting the school in November to work with the pupils and pass on his experiences.
Tom Eves, teacher of PE and Games at Lincoln Minster School, said:
"We are absolutely delighted for Jordan, not only making his first start for Leicester Tigers but being invited to train with the full England Squad. A huge ambition fulfilled for Jordan and one I am confident he will grasp with both hands."
