Winners of 'Twitter Stories' House competition revealed

Senior School pupils and staff were recently invited to enter a Twitter Stories competition to win House Points.
Those entering the competition had to write a story in just 140 characters (Twitter's original character limit).

Well done to Year 8's Macy from Gibson House who won the competition with the following story:
Her breath was as fast as her footsteps. With dusty air blowing in her face, she had arrived at the graveyard. Were they going to show up?

The staff winner was Director of Marketing and Communications Gemma Price, Nettleton House, for her entry:
Across the dusty plains of the under bed carpet, right sock cried out for his lost comrade. Loneliness was no life for a garment like him.
